Pilot Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the BorrowAware educational pilot.

1. Educational service

The service organizes information you provide and generates educational readiness actions. It does not provide a consumer credit score, consumer report, lending decision, legal advice, financial advice or a guarantee that any action will change a score or produce an approval.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information only about yourself, use the service lawfully, verify information against original sources, protect your account, and avoid submitting Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords or credit-bureau credentials.

3. No credit-repair representation

The service does not promise to remove accurate information, create a new credit identity or dispute items on your behalf. Do not use the workspace to make false or misleading claims. You remain responsible for correspondence and decisions.

4. Beta availability

The pilot may change, experience interruptions or discontinue features. Estimates, task priorities and examples may not reflect a particular lender’s underwriting model or the latest information in your credit files.

5. Partner relationships

No partnership form creates a contractual relationship. Future offers or referrals will be subject to separate disclosures. A sponsored relationship does not make a product suitable for every consumer.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing another person’s workspace or submitting their financial information without lawful authority.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, probe infrastructure or disrupt the service.
  • Scraping, reselling or misrepresenting service content.
  • Using generated materials to submit knowingly false disputes or applications.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should independently verify important information and consult appropriately licensed professionals for legal, tax, lending or individualized financial advice. Liability limitations and dispute-resolution provisions will be finalized with counsel before paid public launch and will not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk or legal necessity. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date and material changes may require renewed acceptance.

These pilot terms intentionally avoid claiming finalized entity, governing-law or arbitration provisions before business formation and counsel review.
